With the TITLE Boxing Orbital Heavy Bag, any fighter can develop the type of well-rounded skill set that will keep your opponent’s constantly guessing. The unique design provides targets for inside and outside hooks, uppercuts, overhand shots, and straight jabs as well as head and body focal points. In the middle of the bag there is a 12” center hole that allows fighters to work on precision punching, timing and accuracy. The bag is approximately 29” across, 8” wide and 12” deep coming in at almost 60 lbs.
